Hi, This is the area where removal of fat is the toughest and it will take time to shed weight from these areas. I suggest follow the diet plan that you are already having and you can try including yoga in your routine. It is a slow process so you have to be patient. And apart from this if you are doing walks continue with it. The trick is to be consistent in following your exercise routine and being patient.

i would say you should also try doing planks and other crunches. if you feel you are working out and eating right but still not losing, get yourself tested. it could also be an underlying health issue.
