Durians ... Durians

I have entered in my 2nd semester nw isit safe to eat durians i limit less than 10pcs but still afraid if its not the right time to eat. Pls advise

I just ate about 5 - 6 pcs durian. I’m afraid of gestational diabetes so after today I won’t be eating or probably 1 more time next month. 😂
