Any opinions?

I have 2 kids. One 3 years old and the other one 2 months. Currently i have a helper who have helped alot but she has to go back to her hometown because her uncle is sick and she wants to go back for 1 mnth. I cant afford to let off for 1 mnth because that's too long. Im super stress now because idk how to go about this. Any opinions?

She has to do what she has to do for her family as well. Since she has been a good helper to u and ur family, it is time for u to be a good and supportive employer. U can consider getting part time helper and enlist the help of ur family for 1 month. If u refuse to let her go, her heart won’t be here anyways.
