I just had a miscarriage... I feel so low. How long do I wait until I can try to get pregnant again? Gynae said I should try right away, but I feel too depressed right now

i had a misscarrige last Dec and i took six months didn't even try stopped EVERYthing and threw myself into loving me again going to weight watchers and losing over 4 stone and that staying is true stop focusing on it and it will all fall into place it did with me and i am now 30 weeks preg with my little rainbow daughter xx keep your chin up xx
