Trying again after miscarriage

Hi! To those that had a miscarriage before, when do you all start trying again? My gynae said can try after my next menses comes but i read up and most of them said to try 3 months later.

For chi usually it's about 6 mths.. with tcm care too.. but it's totally up to whenever you're rdy.. after 1 cycle definitely..

i guess it's up to your comfort lvl? minimum at least after your next menses comes
