20 weeks Anatomy scan

I had my 20 weeks anatomy scan and my sonographer detect extra trachea on the heart. All other fetus organ is all normal. Anyone experience this?

My 20 week scan showed that bb had an aortic valve stenosis and a slightly smaller right ventricle. Idk what are the odds of bb surviving if born.
