22+ weeks is generally still within the normal window for an anatomy scan, so I wouldn't panic about it being scheduled a bit later. 😊 In fact, some clinics prefer doing it around 20–22 weeks because baby is slightly bigger and certain structures can be easier to see.
That said, a normal FTS is definitely reassuring, but it doesn't guarantee the anatomy scan will be normal. The two scans look for different things. FTS mainly assesses the risk of certain chromosomal conditions, while the anatomy scan checks baby's organs, spine, heart, limbs, and overall development.
The good news is that most anatomy scans are normal, especially if your earlier screening was low-risk. ❤️ Try not to borrow worry from the future. If you're feeling very anxious, there's no harm asking whether they have an earlier slot available, but 22+ weeks is usually considered okay.
