I normally use (mininal) aroma therapy oil for my headache. I save the normal panadol (not the active tablet/extra tablet/ for flu) for emergency cases such as high fever above 38.5degrees (had it when I was 8 weeks).
I was advised by my gynae that different panadol has diff contents and some contents are unsuitable for pregnant ladies. Best to get it directly from gynae to prevent any issues
My doctor not advise to take panadol extra due to other medicine contains in it might not be suitable for pregnant woman. Safe to use normal panadol.
Hey, Yes, panadol should be fine but please do not take it very frequently and also do not have heavy dosage
Yes, you can. But please use paracetamol at the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible time
Thank you all. Will get the normal panadol or paracetamol.😊
Panadol extra has caffeine so limit its use during pregnancy:)
Yes you can but i read not more than 1000mg per day
You can get pain killer from gynea, safer
Only panadol. Extra is not allowed
