My weight back to acceptable stage. Just the tummy and love handles are kinda distracting. :D Is Swimming acceptable? Meanwhile I will try jogging and brisk walking first. Thx!
Hi... please wait till c-section wound to heal completely before you embark on rigorous exercise. You can start with walking or jogging to lose some weight first. Good luck
Tummy exercises would help but best to wait a little longer . Losing weight after giving birth does take a bit of time but you will eventually get there(:
It'll take some time to get back to normal. Exercise and massage helps
Give yourself some time, and when you are ready, exercise does help!
Post partum massage helps to reduce the tummy
I did 7 sessions but no effect on me. Maybe my skin or fats too thick. lols
