Bubble Milk Tea

Hi, can I drink bubble milk tea during breastfeed? I heard many ppl say milk tea would increase milk. How abt those ice lemon tea/ green tea/ black tea/ tea leaf?

i still drink but i drink non tea base. coz tea has caffeine too, so will try to control myself the first few months.
