Frozen Breastmilk

Hello mummies. I have some frozen breastmilk to donate out. Since November. If anyone is keen or know anyone who needs it, let me know. I do not smoke and I had calcium, iron, immunity supplements during these period.

Confinement Soup Package

What kind of soup packages will mummies look for? Fresh Herbs? Packed prior to delivery? Specially Curated Soup Menu during confinement period (different soups for each day) or just follow the norm and buy from places like Laobanniang, Hock Hua coz they are more known. Which do you all prefer?
