gallstone during 3rd tri

I am diagnosed with having multiple gallstones in the bladder. Does anyone knows how do you control your diet so that the pain doesn't attack you so badly? My gynae isn't inclined in doing surgery yet.

until the baby is born . You can not have treatment. So if there is pain. Ask a doctor for pain relief.
