natural delivery bill very high in tmc

I just delivery at tmc. Realize the bill is super high and got shocked. Plus the gynae fees total about 10k. Issit normal? For assisted natural delivery

I did deliver there via emergency c-sect. Without deductions was 17k+. I think it’s normal for private hospital?...
