Baby growth slower than expected

Hi, I am currently on W7D1, but 3 days back ultrasound scan that baby growth size slower than expected (1week slower), no heart beat yet. Anyone have the same experience? Did your baby continue to grow normal after that?

Usually the baby's heartbeat can be heard from 9weeks onwards (: you have to take ample rest, less walks for the time being
