Legs itchy

Hi, i am currently 9 wks pregnant but my both legs have been feeling itchy and have accidentally scratch till red... is this sign of gestational diabetes or it is normal to feel itchy during pregnancy??

Thank you... anythin to apply to stop the itchiness? I apply snake powder and aloe vera but still feel itch few hours later after i apply...
