Elevated blood pressure

Hi all, I am currently 38 weeks pregnant and I’ve been taking my blood pressure at home every few hours just to monitor. It was 125 over 73 before and now it’s 124 over 83. Should I be worried and go to the hospital? Or just continue to monitor. Thank you!
