Lower back cramping/aching.

I am currently 12 weeks pregnant and experiencing lower back cramping/aching. Is it normal? The last time i had this was during my previous miscarriage. I had this same pain together with bleeding. So far there is no spotting or bleeding. My fetal scan is on coming tuesday & i am so worried.

I can hear how worried you are, and that's completely understandable given what you went through before. But please go see your doctor or A&E today rather than wait till Tuesday, lower back pain in pregnancy can be normal, but given your history and how anxious you're feeling, it's better to get checked out now and put your mind at ease. You deserve that peace of mind, and the doctor can make sure everything is fine with you and baby. Hang in there.
