Oh dear, I really feel for you, especially after what you went through last year, it makes total sense that any little pain would make you worry straightaway. When I was in my early weeks with my second child, I also had that nagging one-sided lower back ache and I panicked too, so you are definitely not alone in this. From what I've heard from other mums around me, lower back pain that comes and goes at around 4 weeks is actually quite common, as your body is already starting to shift and adjust even at this early stage, some mums described it as dull cramping that moves between sides, which sounds similar to what you're experiencing. A warm heating pad on the area and resting when you can may help ease the discomfort a little. That said, because you have a history of miscarriage and the pain is specifically one-sided, please do see your doctor or gynae as soon as you can, they can check everything properly and also give you peace of mind, which honestly is so important right now. Sending you lots of good thoughts, jia you mama!
