Cramping at lower abdomen at 10wks preggo

This week my 10weeks pregnancy, n i having this like menstrual cramps feeling at lower abdomen since morning. So far no bleeding but the pain is just there all the time. Anyone experience b4?

thanks.. now its cramping on one side.. hopefully it will subside..
