Exercise after pregnancy

Hi all. Can I check if any of you start jogging after 6 weeks of delivery? I'm feeling good and all set to do light exercises to lose those fats gained. 🙃

    definitely! I recommended getting a postpartum trainer. I did and I definitely did not regret it. lost 10kg!
