Any recommendations for trusted and good preschool for children who is turning 18months & above?

Hi all, I am asking on behalf of my friend who has a child who is turning 18 months old soon. Her child is attending infant care  now and has been incurring more injuries than usual lately.  Anyone has any recommendations of preschool / childcare centre which has trusted batch of teachers who have true passion for children and looks after them wholeheartedly to ensure kidss safety and well being? My friend is staying in Newton, so preferably seeking a centre near the central of Singapore.#advicepls #bantusharing #pleasehelp  #GoodPreschools

I really feel for your friend, it must be so stressful worrying about her little one's safety at this age when they are still so small and vulnerable. I don't have a specific centre in Newton off the top of my head, but I would suggest she check out PCF Sparkletots or My First Skool branches in the Novena or Toa Payoh area since they are not too far from Newton and tend to have structured caregiver-to-child ratios that give parents more peace of mind. It would also be worth visiting the centres in person and asking directly about their incident reporting process and how teachers handle transitions between activities, because how a centre responds to those questions tells you a lot about their culture. I hope your friend finds a safe and nurturing place for her child soon lah, she deserves that peace of mind.
