Water Retetion

I always have this problem.. When at night time for me to sleep. I have this leg pain at my right knee.. How do i endure the pain.. Cn i put oilment? I need an opinion pls..

Best to avoid oilment. Try putting extra pillow under the legs. Get husband to massage?
