Tummy Tightness

I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?

I'm also experiencing tightness around tummy, increased heartburns at night and my leg cramps have started more frequently🥲 I think its normal but always good to check in with your OBGYN during your next consultation
