Itchy rashes along tighs and feet during 2nd trimester

Hello mummies, I have itchy rashes along my feet & toes mostly (a little at thighs) recently and am wondering if its due to me skipping moisturising my feet after shower. I do moisturise all other parts of my body after every shower, except my feet. Not sure if the itchy rashes has to do with heat rash or dryness. Anyone has any similar experience and /or suggestions for the rashes?
