I am 14 weeks pp and my c sect wound is still red and it still hurts a bit when i clean it daily, is this normal? Understand that i can start to do light exercise, but when can i do exercise such as planking?

If it still hurts at cleaning, i wouldn't advise you to do planking.
Have your gynae given you the green light to do exercise?
you can try doing short planking to see how it goes.
If it gets too painful, i would advise to see a doctor to see is there any infection as you mentioned that it's still painful to touch
