Anyone in Singapore dealing with Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease?

My husband was recently told he has fatty liver, even though he doesn’t drink much alcohol. We’re now trying to understand what lifestyle changes and follow-ups are needed. What helped your partner after being diagnosed with NAFLD?

Hello! I also had NAFLD and have been getting treatment with Dr Wong Jen San, our liver specialist in Singapore. I’ve been monitoring it with regular check ups and also making healthier choices in my diet. My advice would be to follow your doctor’s advice, as everyone’s condition and treatment can be different. Hope he’s doing alright and wishing him well! 🤍
