Splitting night duty

My husband is returning to work and will like to check how do you all split night duties between spouses? Does the baby sleep in the same or different room?

Cosleeping with baby. Husband helps to feed and change diapers. While I wake up to pump since schedule clashes. If schedule matches, I’ll feed the baby then pump.
