Making newborn sleep

Hi mummies my newborn is not sleeping well, like she will wake up one hour after her feed. Then start crying and crying. After changing her pampers and some fresh clothes still the same. Could it be because of the temperature in the room? Or isit because she has confusion between day and night? What do u do when your newborn is awake at night?
