From what I've generally heard, KKH does allow husbands to be present in the OT for subsidised C-sections, so that's reassuring, but because twins are considered higher risk, it can depend on how the delivery unfolds, and the team may ask him to wait outside if things get complicated. It's worth confirming directly with your doctor or the ward nurses closer to your delivery date, since policies can also shift and individual cases vary.
