Emergency C Section

Which private hospital allows husband to enter OT if there is an emergency c section? Parkway East did not allow for my first child, so I'm afraid if it happens again, I want my husband to be around.

Are you referring to GA or epidural? Technically if is not GA most hospitals are okay. I wonder when your first born was born? If is during peak of Covid, I do hear even epidural don’t allowed too.

I think most hospitals don’t allow husbands to enter the theatre for emergency c-sect but I believe they will allow for planned c-sect.

I think most hospitals don’t allow husbands to enter OT especially now that the covid restrictions are mostly on again.
