Diarrhoea is a combination of very watery poop at more frequent intervals. Baby will feel more discomfort and cries will be louder...

I think you look at the frequency of poop within the day eg. 10x, and the consistency eg. Extremely watery

If poo more than 4 times then consider diarrhea already
