How old is your LO and what strategies do you use to get him/her to sleep?

Have a regular routine. Shower, massage baby, feed milk at arnd the same time every night. Slowly increase the feed before sleeping so that they are full. Dim the lights after 10pm. My son was sttn at 14 weeks for at least 6-8hrs.
