Changing bras

lol... I have mine in sport bra type, 5 years old alr🤣still using them. I rarely wear any bra as I breasfeed. I wear padded top.

I buy bra almost every 2 3 month once so the old one usually I'll dump it in 6 months or yearly during spring cleaning

Whenever you cup size increase or feel very tight around your chest

as long as possible easily more than 5y
