How much spinach and other green leafy vegetables a toddler should eat every day? My daughter hates having them and I have a tough time sneaking them in sandwiches and curries :O

Children between 2 to 3 years old should eat at least 1 cup of leafy vegetables a day. There are plenty of ways to sneak in vegetables without your child suspecting it.
