How much spinach and other green leafy vegetables a toddler should eat every day? My daughter hates having them and I have a tough time sneaking them in sandwiches and curries :O

When it comes to eating habits especially vegetables, I admit that I am comparable to a 2 or 3 year old haha. But this favourite recipe is a winner in anyone's books, especially kids. Bread, cheese, tomatoes and of course the spinach that no one will notice because this is just too yummy! I make it once a week :) http://www.myrecipes.com/m/recipe/hot-ricotta-spinach-loaf

You can try making these instead: http://www.today.com/food/recipes-get-your-kids-gobble-good-you-greens-t24066 (replace kale with spinach and you will get spinach chips) http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/parmesan-roasted-broccoli-recipe.html These are easy to make, healthy and delicious even to the kids.

Children between 2 to 3 years old should eat at least 1 cup of leafy vegetables a day. There are plenty of ways to sneak in vegetables without your child suspecting it. You might want to try making vegetable pasta. The colour of the pasta attracts children. http://sg.theasianparent.com/make-your-kid-love-vegetables/

Toddlers between 2-3 yrs old require a daily intake of one to one & a half cup of vegetables that are served in small pieces to prevent choking. You can try mixing vegetables in fruit juice for your girl if she refuse to eat any vegetables in meal.http://m.kidshealth.org/parent/nutrition_center/healthy_eating/toddler_food.html
