Depends on your budget. If she works for you for 2-3years. $500/ 1 month extra salary? If really tight, half of salary + gifts for her? If more than 3-5 years. 1 month extra salary + gifts?

Depend on yourself. I gave my helper 1k every 2 year she go back. She has been working with me for more than 10 years.
