Scared to have sex again after csect

How many weeks or months after csect did you start having sex back ? And does it hurt? Did you also need to use condom? I am a month post csect and still scared to do it. Mainly because scared of pain and scared to get pregnant again. Even with condom. #firsttimemom

Hi mommy, my masseur advised after at least 3 months PP then can perform strenuous activities. The internal wound needs time to heal and you won’t want it to tear during the healing process… take fish essence during this period of time for faster recovery!
