Csect binder when can take off

I stopped after 1 month. If you feel you comfortable then maybe can loosen it abit? If not can take it out at times to air it. Don’t think it will affect the wound or heal slower, it’s more to keep your body in shape and tighten the tummy physically.

I took it off right after gynae open my patch. It was too uncomfortable & painful at wound area.

i cannot recall exactly but definitely the 1st 4 weeks at least

I only wore it for less than 2 weeks, too uncomfortable
