For my case i check pregnancy test kit 4 days earlier before i missed my period and i got positive line. Most probably my hcg was quite high. I decided to test earlier bcoz ive experience pregnancy symptoms

Best to confirm by doing home pregnancy test.. I did the test one week after missed period so the pregnancy hormones is high in the urine.

It really varies but I generally know before I even test if I am pregnant. You can feel that your body is different.
