Fidgeting In Her Sleep

How do i stop 3mths old baby from fidgeting in her sleep (less hand movement from tryin to stratch herself awake).

You can use a sleep bag or swaddle to let her feel more secure

    Thanks! I have the sleep bag, totally forget abt it. Hopefully LO will sleep peacefully after this.
