U need to walk more and climb stairs to build up stamina especially during your final trimester. This will help widen your pelvic bones and speed up the delivery duration to some extent to help shorten the painful labour process. Go for epidural if necessary.

I didnt feel anything during my labor because they injected epidural when I was 3cm dilated and during thay time, i still didnt feel any contraction. But during the delivery, they let me feel the contraction so I know when to push. Pain was manageable.

I was told to walk a lot and it definitely helped. One of the walks i did was from Vivo to Sentosa(Near USS) then back, at least there's a nice view to see. Hope this helps!

I walked everyday during pregnancy oso got screamed n whined like hell during labour. Epidural was goooood...

walk more n do pelvic exercise then when delivery, request for epidural if u cant tolerate the pain

U may have heard of TENS machine for pregnant women. Can be use for labour pain

Do more brisk walking, yoga and squats. I think that should help

Epidural and practise breathing and relaxation techniques

Epidural. The rest only lessen the pain slightly.
