When did your mommy 'pooch' go away? I'm at 4 months postpartum now (which is when my sister's went away) but still have my pooch. Does anyone swear by her belly binder?

I'm 2 months post partum and my belly has more or less gone down. It's not entirely flat as it wasn't flat before pregnancy... I don't use belly binders, but I fully breastfeed my child.
