When did your mommy 'pooch' go away? I'm at 4 months postpartum now (which is when my sister's went away) but still have my pooch. Does anyone swear by her belly binder?

My post-baby belly goes away after baby turns 4-5 months and able to fit back my pre-pregnancy jeans. Actually for me I did nothing, just fully breastfeeding and eat healthily (less sweet, less meat etc.). However, you can do some exercise to get rid the post-baby belly. http://www.fitpregnancy.com/exercise/postnatal-workouts/5-exercises-your-post-baby-belly Alternatively, there are some fitness class designed specially for postpartum mothers: -http://www.body-by-rick.com/singapore_pre_post_natal_fitness_programs.htm -http://www.ezfit.sg/pre-post-natal-fitness-training.html

I'm 2 months post partum and my belly has more or less gone down. It's not entirely flat as it wasn't flat before pregnancy... I don't use belly binders, but I fully breastfeed my child. You can exercise with your child as well! http://www.fitpregnancy.com/exercise/postnatal-workouts/8-new-mom-workout-moves-do-baby

If you are looking for belly binder, Belly Bandit brand is recommended, buy one size smaller than your usual size. I have 2 friends used it and managed to flatten the belly.

I'm 6 months postpartum and still have it. I used a belly binder for about 2 months and stopped using it as it was very warm.

thanks
