Heating baby food in microwave 👶

I really feel you on this, it is such a common thing we all do in a rush, and it is good that you are pausing to think about whether it is actually safe for your little one. From my own experience, the main thing to watch out for is hot spots in the food, so I always stir it really well and test the temperature on my wrist before feeding. It might be worth having a chat with your PD just to get their take, especially if your baby is still very young, so you can feel fully confident about it.
