7-11 microwave food
earlier today during lunch i ate the 7-11 microwave pasta. is it okay? i am really worried now.

Why is it not okay? Haha. I still eat microwaved food sometimes during my pregnancy and gave birth to a healthy baby. It’s not like you’re eating everyday for every meals too.
