Fever while breastfeeding
Having fever but not taking any medication. Is my ebm still safe for my LO to drink despite i having fever? TIA

It is definitely alright to offer your baby your breastmilk as it has the antibodies that your body is producing at the moment to fight whatever you are having. If you have been latching your baby, it is safe to continue so and do practise good hygiene routine like washing your hands with soap before handling baby. Get well soon!
