Do you have any tried and tested remedy that can slow down hair greying? Or know any product that actually works? After my first pregnancy new white hairs keep popping up so fast it makes me feel really sad :(. I'm not even 30 yet.

My wife go to hair saloon to tint her hair and cover the white hair
Can eat black sesame. But it's take long time to see the effect.
Have to colour every three months🙊
