Hi mommy, I don’t get my period back after 4 months c section , is it normal or need to consult with doctor already?

I'm 4 months post partum after a c-sect too and have yet to get my period back. I'm not worried about it because I'm still breastfeeding. The higher prolactin levels (because of milk production) will cause estrogen & progesterone levels to be lower so we won't get our period back so quickly. The hormones will take some time to regulate themselves again

Are you breastfeeding? Many mums who breastfeed regularly don’t get their periods for long periods of time:)

Mine only came after 7 months, don't worry and enjoy being period free while it lasts 😁
