Migraine 😮‍💨

Question

Has any mummies encounter migraine since 1st trismester? On the left side of head.😰scared to eat medic. Although dr said paracetamol is fine for baby. And i dont want to depend on medic. I just bear the pain.

Hi Mommy I had bad migraine for 2 mths with My First Baby. As i was allergic to Panadol I couldn’t take other painkillers. I used cold ice pack and placed it on my head, avoid sunlight and smells that can make migraine more worse. Taking warm showers (wash ur hair) can also ease the pain. When sleeping, sleep in a quiet well ventilated dark room. I will put cold compress on my head and placed a pillow over it to add some pressure. But do ensure that u can breathe as normal. U can also add lavender and peppermint oils in diffuser if u hv one. It really helps me. Take care.
