Some of my friends experienced postpartum hair loss for up till 1 year after delivery. It does gets better once the body adjust back to the pre-pregnancy state. To “facilitate” the recovery process, some tried to eat well (though this is tough because most have not much time to eat, much less to prepare a well balanced meal for themselves). Other more “doable” tips are keeping wet hair wrapped after washing and letting it air dry for a while before combing, avoiding tight ponytails.
